New DVD & Blu-ray releases: 2nd July 2012

This week we have the first UK release of Dragon Ball Z with the complete season one box set that features an incredible 39 episodes. Dragon Ball Z has become one of the most well known and beloved anime franchises in history and we finally get to see what all the fuss is about ourselves. We reviewed the season one box set here and you can also catch up on the history of Dragon Ball.

Another new release this week is Welcome to the Space Show a sci-fi adventure from the creators of Read or Die. What makes this release interesting is that it is getting a UK release before the US. With a colourful cast and an equally vibrant setting this is a very eye catching film for the entire family. You can catch our review here.
