It has been revealed that a live action adaptation of Afro Samurai. The film is being developed by Indomina, a Dominican Republic and US owned production company, and is being produced by none other than Samuel L. Jackson and the original anime producers.
It all seems like a marriage made in heaven so anime to live action sceptics can probably rest easy. Filming is planned to begin in 2012 at Pinewood Indomina Studios in the Dominican Republic.
